I offer a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been exiled or forgotten.

My work is grounded in the belief that beneath our symptoms lies intelligence—something meaningful, even sacred, trying to speak. Rather than “fixing” what’s broken, we listen to what wants to unfold.

Together we slow down and listen carefully—not just to your words but also to the quiet messages held in your body, your dreams, and even your deepest longings. I believe our wounds, anxieties, and struggles aren’t obstacles to be removed; they’re invitations to deeper self-knowing and integration. My role is to support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom, compassion, and courage, guiding you back into alignment with the truth of who you really are.

I draw from integrative, depth-oriented, and body-based approaches to meet each person as a whole being—mind, body, heart, and spirit. Together, we’ll track the threads of your story—early imprints, relational patterns, body sensations, longings, and dreams—welcoming even the parts you’ve learned to hide.

About Me

I didn’t come to therapy through textbooks. I came through the fire.

Before I trained as a therapist, I was someone sitting on the other side of the room—wrestling with depression, navigating addiction, and searching for something that could make life feel meaningful again. That search took me through many landscapes: meditation retreats, plant medicine ceremonies, shamanic journeys, and long, silent nights of the soul. But it was in the ongoing, steady rhythm of therapy—one conversation at a time—that I began to feel myself again. That healing inspired me to train and offer the same kind of space to others.

I’m a British-Spanish integrative counsellor, registered with the BACP. I trained at Re-Vision in London, where I completed a Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling—a soulful, psychologically rigorous approach that honours both personal history and deeper archetypal patterns. I’m currently completing my advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based trauma therapy.

I work with people who feel like outsiders, seekers, or simply lost. Those navigating big transitions, grief, anxiety, or emotional pain that doesn’t quite fit into a tidy box. I believe therapy can help us make meaning of our suffering, reconnect with what matters, and live in greater alignment with our true nature. Born in the Basque Country and shaped by years living between Spain, the US, and the UK, I bring a sensitivity to identity, belonging, and cultural complexity into my work. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.

Practicalities

How to begin

Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute introductory call—a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

If we decide to work together, sessions are:

50 minutes long

• Held online via Google Meet or by phone

• Priced at £60 per session

I work in English and Spanish, and offer flexible daytime slots Monday to Friday.
